This week Urban Creation launched its very first virtual tour of one of its student properties.
Hosted on the Uhomes app, this virtual tour offered prospective tenants the chance to look around their newest property 50 Park Street, their most well- known property, after it was turned from a dilapidated nightclub into luxury apartments by craning in pre fabricated modular pods.
The introduction of these tours allows both overseas students and those based away from Bristol, the chance to look around properties and to secure their accommodation for the next academic year.
The tour included a look around the local area of Park Street, with its endless shops, cafes and transport links, a look into a one bedroom and three bedroom apartment within the property, the external grounds and then finished off with a Q&A section whereby viewers could type questions for the staff to answer.
With the lockdown still relatively firmly in place, the decision to begin these tours was backed positively by Urban Creation owner Jonathan Brecknell.
“I think these virtual tours are a fantastic way for people to be able to positively work towards life after the coronavirus outbreak. We are lucky that we live in a world with the technology available and the Uhomes app has enabled us to communicate with a vast amount of Chinese and overseas students looking for somewhere to live when we they come to study in Bristol.”
Urban Creation has a well known student accommodation portfolio covering the Clifton and Park Street area of the city. Their accommodation offers high- quality stylish accommodation in renovated period properties ranging from studio to six bedroom apartments.
