Stylish Student Accommodation in Bristol | Urban Creation

For over a decade, we have been creating high quality, stylish places for students and professionals to live in Central Bristol. Specialising in period properties located in and around Clifton and Park Street, we are passionate about ensuring we retain the history of each of our properties but ensuring we finish them with the highest modern finishes.

We develop properties that are great to live in and stand the test of time.

Our ethos

Our motto ‘clever space’ ensures we make the most of every available space in our apartments- combining high quality architecture with innovative ‘clever spaces’ which work for you.

At the same, we try to minimise our impact on the environment and invest in eco-features from low energy appliances to solar panels, air- source heat pumps and triple glazing.

We understand that we are currently facing a difficult situation. During the recent pandemic, we are doing all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests. With the introduction of our brand new mobile key system we can ensure that all booking and moving in processes can be done remotely for increased social distancing.

We want everyone who stays with us to have a great experience and that extends to the way we manage our properties and their tenants. Our fair and transparent approach means you get the best out of city living and our team are always on hand to help.

Our ever expanding portfolio of properties and growing band of happy customers are testament to the high standards we set ourselves at Urban Creation.

About Jonathan

Jonathan has been at the helm at Urban Creation for over a decade, during which the company has created over 1,500 apartments across Bristol and the south of England.

Having studied at Bristol University, he returned to live in the city in 2002 after a period of working in London and abroad. Ever since, he has focused on breathing new life into period and historic properties, as well as creating well-designed new buildings.

Very much a hands-on director, Jonathan loves the challenge of finding and transforming properties. He also likes to make the most of what Bristol has to offer so when not at work, he can often be found on bike rides, at the theatre or just ‘messing about with the kids’.
