Our motto ‘clever space’ ensures we make the most of every available space in our apartments- combining high quality architecture with innovative ‘clever spaces’ which work for you.
At the same, we try to minimise our impact on the environment and invest in eco-features from low energy appliances to solar panels, air- source heat pumps and triple glazing.
We want everyone who stays with us to have a great experience and that extends to the way we manage our properties and their tenants. Our fair and transparent approach means you get the best out of city living and our team are always on hand to help.
We believe in ensuring our tenants feel comfortable and happy throughout their tenancy. That’s why, as standard, we provide a range of maintenance visits throughout the year to ensure all apartments are kept working and running safely.
Weekly- Each week our maintenance team will run fire alarm tests, emergency light tests, ensure all common areas are clean and will check and refill hand sanitiser stations.
Quarterly- Every quarter all drains are cleaned, dishwasher salt and rinse aid is added to dishwashers, shower heads are descaled and a general visual apartment check is run to ensure all is working as it should.
6 Monthly- Every 6 months a full fire alarm test is run, legionella test in all showers, CCTV and door access system check and water mist system maintenance check is run.
Annually – Gas safe and electrical tests are carried out in all properties.
Jonathan has been at the helm at Urban Creation for over a decade, during which the company has created over 1,500 apartments across Bristol and the south of England.
Having studied at Bristol University, he returned to live in the city in 2002 after a period of working in London and abroad. Ever since, he has focused on breathing new life into period and historic properties, as well as creating well-designed new buildings.
Very much a hands-on director, Jonathan loves the challenge of finding and transforming properties. He also likes to make the most of what Bristol has to offer so when not at work, he can often be found on bike rides, at the theatre or just ‘messing about with the kids’.
