Jonathan Brecknell, director and owner of Urban Creation, and the driving force behind the company’s expansion of its own portfolio of properties, says:

“Maria was the obvious choice for us in this new role as her experience in property and leisure, combined with her financial knowledge, means she brings valuable sector knowledge to the company as we expand.”

“We are a tight-knit team and the ethos at Urban Creation is to create really strong relationships with our residents and partners and we believe that Maria will fit our culture very well.”

Maria Cook, new financial controller at Urban Creation explains her move, saying:

“This is a very exciting time to join the company which has exciting plans for the future and I’m looking forward to being able to play a key role in the business.”
